1. Acceptance
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. This website is operated by Morning Light Medical.
2. Medical disclaimer
This website does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The content on this site is general information about a coordination service. It is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional, and it must not be relied on to decide whether to seek, delay or stop care.
Morning Light Medical does not practise medicine. We do not diagnose conditions, recommend or adjust treatment, prescribe medication, or interpret clinical results. Those are physician functions. Any clinical judgment in connection with our service is exercised by a licensed physician, not by a coordinator.
Membership does not create a physician–patient relationship with Morning Light Medical, and no such relationship is formed by using this site.
3. Emergencies
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use this website, our contact form, or our general email address to report an emergency. Our inbox is not monitored around the clock and is not a clinical triage channel.
4. Availability of services
Morning Light Medical is in a pre-launch phase. Services described on this site are not yet available in all states, are subject to legal and regulatory review, and may change before launch. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a guarantee of availability, or a commitment to provide services in your location.
5. No professional relationship
Sending an enquiry does not create a member relationship, a fiduciary duty, or any obligation on our part to provide services. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
6. Intellectual property
The text, design, marks, and layout of this site belong to Morning Light Medical or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce the site, use our marks, or represent our content as your own without written permission.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
- Do not submit unlawful, misleading, or third-party confidential information.
- Do not submit medical records or sensitive health information through the contact form; ask us for a secure channel instead.
- Do not scrape, overload, or interfere with the normal operation of the site.
8. Third-party links
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
This site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morning Light Medical is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of our principal place of business in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The final governing jurisdiction will be stated in this notice once our corporate registration is complete.
12. Accessibility
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. The site is built with semantic markup, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus states, sufficient colour contrast, and respect for reduced-motion preferences. Text resizes without loss of function up to 200%.
If any part of this site is difficult to use with assistive technology, please write to access@morninglightmedical.com and describe what happened. We will respond within five business days and, where a barrier cannot be removed quickly, provide the information you need in another format.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new date, and material changes will apply only prospectively.
