The 90-Day Health Management Starter Package is the unit of work. It has a beginning, an end, and a written summary at the close. Membership continues only if it has earned its place.

Every element below is delivered by a named coordinator and, where clinical judgment is required, routed to a licensed physician. Nothing is outsourced to a queue.
Screening guidance
A preventive screening checklist drawn from published USPSTF recommendations and reviewed by a licensed physician before it reaches you.
Appointment coordination
Annual physicals, specialist first visits, and laboratory work scheduled with records sent ahead, so the visit starts where it should.
Follow-up tracking
Every result chased to a conclusion, every recheck booked, and a written confirmation to you when a loop is closed.
Biweekly coordination call
A thirty-minute call every two weeks with the person who holds your file — not a rotating queue and not a portal message.
Navigation to licensed care
When something needs a clinician, we refer you to a partner licensed physician and hand over the record properly.

What membership does not buy.
Outside our scope, by design
- Diagnosis, treatment advice, or prescriptions
- Emergency or after-hours clinical response
- Insurance billing, claims, or reimbursement
- Guaranteed appointments, outcomes, or wait times
- House calls, travel medicine, or concierge medicine
Why we draw the line here
A coordination service that drifts into clinical advice becomes an unlicensed provider with no clinical accountability. Keeping the boundary sharp is what allows us to be useful inside it — and it is the reason a licensed physician, not a coordinator, owns every clinical judgment in your file.
Fee
Between $150 and $250 a month.
The final fee depends on household size and the coordination required. It is always quoted in writing before enrolment, and it does not change mid-term.
TERM
Three months, minimum
The starter package is a fixed 90-day engagement. After it ends you may continue month to month, or stop with nothing further owed.
BILLING
Monthly, in advance
No enrolment fee, no cancellation penalty after the first term, and no charge for the introductory conversation.
COVERAGE
Not billed to insurance
We do not submit claims or accept assignment. Some clients use HSA or FSA funds; whether that applies to you is a question for your plan administrator.
