Privacy notice.

How we collect, use, share and protect personal and health information — and what you can ask us to do about it.

Last updated: 30 October 2026

This notice is published ahead of launch. It describes how Morning Light Medical intends to handle information and will be reissued in final form — reviewed by healthcare counsel and consistent with applicable state law — before the first member is enrolled. It does not create rights beyond those provided by law.

1. Who we are

Morning Light Medical provides health management and care coordination services in the United States. We are not a healthcare provider, not a health plan, and not a clearinghouse. Clinical judgment is exercised by licensed physicians, not by our coordinators.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you give us — your name, contact details, and the content of your enquiry or membership application.
  • Health information you authorise us to hold — records, medication lists, provider details, appointment history and results, collected only with your written authorisation and only as needed for coordination.
  • Information created in the course of service — coordination notes, appointment confirmations, follow-up records and correspondence.
  • Technical information — standard server logs generated when you visit this website, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested.

3. How we use information

  • To coordinate your care: assembling records, arranging appointments, tracking results and confirming follow-through.
  • To communicate with you and with providers you have authorised.
  • To operate, secure and improve the service, including quality review and staff training on de-identified material.
  • To meet legal, regulatory, accounting and insurance obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use health information for advertising. We do not use your information to train third-party advertising models.

4. When we share information

  • With providers you authorise — physicians, laboratories and imaging centres involved in your care, for a named purpose and for the duration you specify.
  • With service providers — vendors who host systems, provide secure communication, or support scheduling, bound by written confidentiality and security terms.
  • For legal reasons — where required by law, subpoena or court order, or to prevent serious harm, in each case limited to what is required.
  • In a corporate transaction — if the business is reorganised or transferred, information may transfer subject to this notice and applicable law.

5. Security

We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards proportionate to the sensitivity of the information we hold: least-privilege access, encryption in transit, access logging, vendor review, and written procedures for incident response. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your information occurs, we will investigate, contain it, and notify you and the authorities as required by applicable law.

6. Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and insurance requirements, then delete or de-identify it. Authorisations can be revoked at any time, which stops future coordination but does not require deletion of records we are legally obliged to retain.

7. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to:

  • see what information we hold about you, and receive a copy;
  • correct information that is inaccurate;
  • withdraw an authorisation for future sharing;
  • request deletion where no legal obligation requires retention;
  • receive a portable copy of the record we assembled for you.

Write to privacy@morninglightmedical.com. We will verify your identity before acting, and respond within the period required by applicable state law.

8. Cookies and analytics

This website uses only the cookies required for it to function. We do not run advertising networks, cross-site trackers or third-party behavioural analytics on this site.

9. Children

The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children except where a parent or guardian enrols a family member and provides authorisation.

10. Changes

We will post any revised notice on this page with a new date. Material changes affecting enrolled members will be communicated directly before they take effect.
